Does anyone know the status of The Old Vicarage at Rye Harbour? It used to do B&B but the last I heard (2005) it was not doing so. Information would be gratefully received.

Henrietta Chew: Hi Henrietta
The Old Vicarage at Rye Harbour no longer does bed & breakfast and is now a family home.
Best wishes,
Charles.
My name is Simon Kenward, my wife Tracey and I are the current
owners of The Old Vicarage at Rye Harbour. We have just completed two years
of refurbishments to the house and have now re opened as of January 2012 as
Bed and Breakfast accommodation. We look forward to sharing the character
and sights of Rye Harbour and welcome guests both past and new to the house.

I used to stay at the Old Vicarage in Rye (pink house on Church Square) but can’t find it anywhere online. The last time I was there was in 1998. I noticed the house was used as Diva Plaistow’s house in the most recent adaptation of Mapp and Lucia. Is it still a B&B and if it is, does anyone know how to contact them? Thanks.
It was just put on the market for sale yesterday with Phillips & Stubbs. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-49350913.html
Thanks. Seems to have changed hands quite a bit. Hopefully, new owners will continue to run it as a B&B.
