Walk for Wellbeing in support of Hospitality Action is back for a fifth year and we’re kicking off this year’s initiative with a 10 kilometre walk at 10.00am on Thursday 10th October 2024 (World Mental Health Day) in Rye, East Sussex.
You’re invited to join us and walk to promote the importance of better mental health and wellbeing in hospitality, while raising funds to power the vital work of Hospitality Action.

Hospitality Action is an essential charity providing support to those in the hospitality industry when they need it.
With mental health challenges, the cost-of-living crisis and fear of homelessness at an all-time high, money raised from Walk for Wellbeing will help:
*support the one in two people with mental health issues that contact Hospitality Action for support
*deliver in-person and phone counselling sessions
*provide emergency grants to put food on the table

Our chosen route: our circular route will provide walkers with an opportunity to walk, whilst enjoying the amazing scenes and wildlife of Rye Harbour Nature Reserve.
